All participants will stay at same hotel during competition. The day of arrival participant can stay with parent and day of departure or night before departure.

Rooms are shared with 4 athletes per room. Rooms are of same gender and never mixed and not to visit another gender room.

***But we never know where we will be staying until we arrive there that day.

Todos deben llegar un dia antes de la Entrada. Estaremos llegando un dia antes del pesaje. En cuanto nos den las fechas les avisaremos los dias de llegada y salida para cada etapa.

Todos los participantes se les tendran transporte de Hotel de equipo a las instalaciones del evento todos los dias. 

Trabajaremos en transporte del aeropuerto al Hotel Sede y de ahi a su hotel o hotel del equipo.

Tendran que comprar su propio boleto de avion para llegar y regresar de la ciudad cede. Si hay algun tipo de apoyo se lo dejamos saber lo antes posible...

Las comidas gratuitas son las que estan disponibles en el comedor durante las fechas de competencia. Todos los participantes iran a comer juntos y saldran juntos, estas comidas no tendran costo. 

*Sin embargo, es importante mencionar, que los atletas  seguido optan por ir a comer fuera en equipo, el participante tendra que pagar por sus alimentos en ese caso.

Equipment:

• Must be in good shape no tears or cracks, the brand name doesn't not matter at this event.

• shin guards
• white gloves
• Daedo Socks Gen 2
• mouthpiece - double for those with braces
• groin protector
• head guard (white, or blue and red)
• Face shield

Uniform:

must wear uniform provided with IME initials on back, size of uniform is like BMA. Youth & Cadet will use Poom belt.

Aproximadamente cuantos pesos debe llevar el participante.

Para alimentos fuera del comedor del evento y para gastos extras como cuando vayan al OXXO a comprar snacks para el evento o habitación. Y algun recuerdo del evento (playera, llaveros, ect.) que vendan en el evento normalmente.

Si pueden cambiar a dominaciones chicas mejor $20, $50 por que aveces no tienen cambio los lugares.

Team Training will be set up by team coaches as we arrive and as we finish the days at the event. Be sure to take clothes and shoes for trainings.

Once we have a venue we will provide some suggestions.
